Terms and Conditions
All Injectronic products can be purchased directly from this web site, order by phone or fax, or from any of our distributors. (Note distributors may not carry all of the products).
Orders made by check or money order must be sent in, orders made by phone using credit card will be processed the same day.
Items will be shipped by ground unless other arrangements are made at time of placing the order and requested by customer, additional shipping charges apply.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
INJECTOCLEAN (the manufacturer) warranties this product (including any accessories) for One Year against defects in materials or workmanship as follows;
- Labor: For a period of 1 year from date of purchase, if this product is determined to be defective, INJECTOCLEAN will repair or replace the product.
- Parts: In addition, INJECTOCLEAN will supply at no charge, new or rebuilt replacements in exchange for defective parts. After the warranty period, you must pay for all the parts costs.
- Accessories: INJECTOCLEAN will replace all the defective accessories for new or rebuilt parts during the warranty period.
To obtain warranty service you must take the product or deliver the product, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, and sent to INJECTOCLEAN.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or defects resulting from events outside of the manufacturer’s control including accidents, damages while in transit to our service location, alterations, unauthorized repair, and failure to follow instructions, misuse or damage due to acts of God. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by INJECTOCLEAN. This warranty is only valid in the United States.
Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipt invoice which is evidence that the unit is within the warranty period, must be presented to obtain warranty service.
The warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.
Repair or replacement as provide under this warranty is the exclusive remedy to consumer. INJECTOCLEAN shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by an applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration of this warranty.
Some states do not allow the execution or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
REFUND POLICY:
INJECTOCLEAN (the manufacturer) wants you to be satisfied with our products, if for any reason you need to return an item for refund, it needs to be done within 30 days of original purchase, the procedure to follow is;
- Email or call the Support Department with your request, include an explanation/reason for return, you will get an email (advice over the phone) with further instructions and/or suggestions to try and correct the issue(s) that prompted you to return the item(s).
- If the issue(s) can not be resolved and you still want to return the item(s), you must:
Obtain a Return Authorization Number or contact name from the Support Dept.
Return the item(s) to INJECTOCLEAN, in a PREPAID package (original or comparable) and include the Return Authorization Number or contact name in a piece of paper with your name, address, telephone number(s), a brief explanation and/or comments concerning the issue why you are returnning the item(s), a copy of the Sale Invoice and copy of the credit card charge sent with Invoice (if paid by CC).
DO NOT INCLUDE ANY OTHER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON THIS PAPER.
You will be contacted when the package arrives at INJECTOCLEAN and the items will be inspected for content, that they are functioning as they were when sent to you and, for damage.
If any of the above mentioned is found to be missing, not functioning, altered or damaged, you will be contacted to be adviced of deductions to the refund due to you.
If no deductions apply, the refund will be processed and at which time you will be contacted for information on the credit card or arrangemets for the refund (in case the purchase was made by other means other than a credit card).
PLEASE NOTE:
*Shipping charges are not refundable.
*Special fees (i.e. funds transfer).
*If a credit card was used for the original purchase, refund (minus shipping) will be applied to the same card.
*Refunds apply to the original purchaser only.
*The refund process must be initiated before the 30 days after original purchase.
